For those who held such a lofty throne they have fallen far into death, dishonour and dark magics.  Yet even so, for those who remember the days of the Mad King the banner of the stag still flies as a sign of hope against a tyranny the gods themselves spurned.  Who among us can know if it will rise again?  This is quite a small piece, easily fitting into the palm of your hand, around 5cm in diameter.
